A very reputed group headquartered in MUMBAI has entrusted us with the selection of their Group CFO. The Group Turnover is above 1500+crs with diverse sector into financial services, Retail and infrastructure.

In line with the Group’s philosophy of recruiting only the best talent available, the desired candidate must be intellectually outstanding and be a knowledge-based leader in Finance field.

The ideal experience would be of someone having more than 15 years of experience in various areas of Finance, Treasury Management, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Working Capital Management and Forex, Credit Rating, Insurance, Investor Relations, Internal Controls and Systems, etc.

The major KRA would be to formulate and driving strategic actions for fulfilment of the long-term Goals. Will have to spearhead strategy development and execution (building systemic efficiencies, financial analysis, and liaison with external and internal stakeholders) and financial / accounting / commercial functions (tax structuring, regulatory processes, and controls for financial discipline).

The Finance leader needs to be a number driven manager with a keen eye for insights, with excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
