Area sales Head / state Head – B2C

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ideate, lead and execute plans to build franchise network in broking sales, focusing on equity,
LAS and cross sell products, and drive penetration in respective Area
• Responsible for P&L, operating plans, servicing & policies of the network
• Initiate and negotiate high-impact strategic partnerships
• Possess and utilize market intelligence to develop and implement strategies for creating/tapping
new markets
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Assess & track market share of the company’s product offerings, creating a prime image in existing
markets, and developing awareness in untapped markets, in comparison to other competitors
• To manage and develop key relationships with internal stakeholders (across company’s existing
systems, external vendors and industry experts)
• Competitive analysis to facilitate ideas about new products / offers / schemes / incentives that
could be introduced to maximize revenues and customer experience
• To engage and manage third party suppliers/vendors
• As the business grows, to recruit / induct, handhold and motivate team members
• Ensure compliance as per regulator and organization guidelines
• Follow RMS policy as per organization guidelines


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Broking industry and minimum 3 years’ recent experience in building
franchise networks, with existing relationships in the sector
• Strong knowledge of Debt, Equity, Currency Intermediaries, Market Participants and other
Exchanges
• Relevant NISM and other regulatory certifications mandatory
• PG , MBA

Job Timing : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
