ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ideate, lead and execute plans to build Distribution network in mutual fund and all third product
sales, focusing and drive penetration in respective Area / zone.
 Initiate and negotiate high-impact strategic partnerships
 Possess and utilize market intelligence to develop and implement strategies for
creating/tapping new markets
 Assess & track market share of the company’s product offerings, creating a prime image in
existing markets, and developing awareness in untapped markets, in comparison to other
competitors
 Competitive analysis to facilitate ideas about new products / offers / schemes / incentives
that could be introduced to maximize revenues and customer experience
 Explaining MF Business opportunities and earnings to interested leads.
 Ensure compliance as per regulator and organization guidelines
 Preparing business plans and strategies to develop the business of IFA

Qualifications:
• 5 – 7 years of experience in Distribution Network and minimum 3 years’ recent experience in
building IFA / DSA / MF advisors networks, with existing relationships in the sector
• Strong knowledge of Mutual fund, Insurance, Fixed income products, PMS/ AIF, all structured
products and Market Participants and other Exchanges
• Relevant AMFI and other regulatory certifications mandatory
• PG , MBA
Job Timing : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
Location : Ahmedabad
