Required Skills:
Having good drafting skills for legal and other submissions, good intellectual skill for
representation at Income Tax Department and habitual to read new articles,
judgments and latest developments on Direct Tax Matter
Work Experience:
At least having 1 years work experience in Direct Tax (Article ship experience shall
also be considered.)

Qualification:   CA inter/IPCC pass out.
Job description:

1. Having expertise in filing corporate and non corporate tax returns.
2. Having experience in drafting submissions for scrutiny assessments and appeals
3. Follow up with the Income Tax Department for Income Tax refund / Rectification etc.
4. Compilation of Documents related to Appellate Proceedings-CIT(A)/ITAT/High Court/Supreme Court
5. Having good reading habits of the subject matter and able to draw the
6. Interpretation from Act and judgments of competent authorities (ITAT, High Court/ Supreme Court)
7. Be informed about the latest development in Direct Tax Matter;
8. Research/Analysis along with application of mind on documents and other information.

Working Hours/ Shifts 10:30am to 7:00pm (Alternate Saturday Off)
